In COR we have the functionality of "Vacations and Absences" that will allow us to add in each of the users the days that will not be available and thus receive an alert at the time of assigning it to a task.
To add an absence to a person, we must go to Users, select the person and then go to "Employee Info". There we must click on the "Add" button to indicate the days he/she will not be available and the type of leave he/she will be on:
Under "Type" of leave, we can select one of the following options to detail the reason for the absence:

Finally, in "Start Date" and "End Date" we must indicate when the license begins and when it ends, respectively:
After clicking on "Confirm", we will be able to see the License created in the user, with the details of the type of Leave of Absence, its dates and its status, that is to say, if it is in progress or if it is future:
To Modify a License already created, simply click on the edit pencil icon, which will open the modal again to select the type of license and its dates.
To delete a record already created, we have to click on the trash can icon, which will open again the modal to select the type of license and its dates.
When assigning a person as a member of a task (PM, Collaborator or Follower), if he/she has an "Ongoing" license configured, an alert will appear with the details of the absence:
When creating a task from the Team Gantt, if a user has a license configured for the selected date, the alert will be displayed with his absence:
