To delete a user, we must go to the "Users" section on the left side menu of COR.
There we will have the list with all the active users of our company, where we will find the user we need to delete.
To identify the user we need to delete, we can filter by name or email in the search engines at the top of the list. Then, click on the arrow to the right of the user and select the "Delete" option:
Once we select "Delete" we will have 2 options:
Do not transfer data:The information of this user is not deleted is stored in COR, but this user will no longer have access to it.
Transfer data to another user: The tasks and projects of the deleted user will be passed to another member of the company that we will select in the drop-down tab.
Note:
The information is NOT deleted, the user's projects and tasks are still in the COR database.
In case you do NOT see the delete option, you should check your user permissions, if you cannot access, ask C-Level to modify the permission.
