The "My Hours" view is a personal section within the Hours module that allows us to review and log time worked in COR. By clicking on Hours from the left sidebar, we access this view directly. It initially displays the current week, although it is also possible to navigate to previous or upcoming weeks to review or complete the corresponding information.
From this panel, we can review our weekly activity, access the tasks that we logged hours in, and keep our logged hours up to date based on the configured working hours.
Note: When a user is blocked due to missing time entries, COR automatically redirects them to the My Hours view to make it easier to regularize the pending entries.
"List" view
The List view is displayed by default and organizes the information day by day, making it easy to clearly review how many hours were logged each day and which tasks were associated. Each day includes a circular indicator whose color reflects progress against the daily goal defined by the working hours.
Below each day, the tasks where hours were logged are listed, with direct access to each one. This view can also include the Suggestions section, where COR identifies recent activity that could correspond to unlogged hours. Suggestions do not require acceptance or rejection; they work as a reference to complete weekly time logging.
If a Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar integration is configured, the events for the visible period are shown in a side panel. This makes it possible to compare the calendar schedule with the logged hours.
At the top of the view, a selector allows switching the week being displayed. Although the current week loads initially, it is possible to navigate to previous or upcoming weeks as needed.
If we click the left arrow:
"Report" view
The Report view is available through the toggle located at the upper-right of the screen. This view complements the List information by showing a visual summary of the time logged in the selected week.
At the top, general metrics are displayed, such as total time logged, unlogged time based on the weekly goal, and a comparison with the previous week. Below, a bar chart distributes logged hours by day, making it easier to identify higher or lower activity days.
Finally, three pie charts show how hours are distributed across clients, projects and tasks. When hovering over each segment, a detail appears with the entity name and the corresponding number of hours.
