Messaging within COR serves to communicate and keep us informed about the status of our tasks. Through the messages there is a constant communication and interaction between the users that makes the corrections and reworks clearer. The purpose of this function is to make the work as transparent and direct as possible, without confusion or misunderstanding.
Within the messages we will be able to perform all the following actions:
- Send Messages
- Edit Messages
- Delete Messages
- Reply Messages
- Save and filter Messages
- Filter Reworks
- Insert Emojis and Format
- Attach Files
To send a message in a task, after writing our text and/or attaching files, the only thing we will need is to press the Ctrl + Enter keys. We can also click on the send icon
In the case that our message has already been sent and is not properly written or expressed, we have the option to edit it. To do this, we must place the cursor on the message and several icons will appear. Among all these we will select the pencil icon , since it is the one that will offer us the option to modify it. Once the corrections are made by clicking on "Save" the changes will be registered. We can also do it with CTRL + Enter.
Note that we can only edit our own messages and the modification is recorded within the conversation.
If we want to remove the message completely, we have the option to place the cursor on it and click on the trash can icon . To permanently delete our comment we have to select "OK".
Note that we can only delete our own messages and the elimination is recorded within the conversation.
Also, within a whole conversation there are many messages and there may be times when we want to give a particular response to a specific comment. That is why this section has the function of directly replying to other messages. All we have to do is locate the comment we want to reply to, place the cursor on it and click on the arrow icon , which will take us to write our reply in order to send it.
Another option we have is to save a message by clicking on the save icon . (The message will be saved when this icon is filled in ).
This allows us to filter by saved messages through the drop-down menu inside the conversation, in the upper left margin.
This filter also serves to segment, after a rework has been assigned within a task. All we have to do is click on the drop-down menu and select "Rework".
Additionally, emojis can be inserted along with the messages, so that we have more freedom to communicate and make our conversations a little more friendly

Another very useful function is to insert hyperlinks that, besides the link icon , we can do it with CTRL + K. We can also insert a numbered list or a bulleted list .
When it comes to attaching files to messages, we have the option of clicking on the clip icon , which is located at the bottom right. Also, we can drag them directly into the task, which can be faster and more convenient. As soon as we drag the file and drop it into the message editing box, it will automatically load.
When they are already loaded, we will have a preview of our attachments, which we can remove by clicking on the , in case one is incorrect or we do not want to send it.
The maximum number of files that can be inserted per message is 10.
