To change the status of the tasks, we can do it in 3 different ways:
- Task list
- Task panel
- Bulk Actions
Task list
From the task list, we can move the cursor to the sidebars that show the color of the task status. There, the options to change the status will be displayed. The change will be saved automatically by clicking on the status to which we want to change our task.
Task panel
From the task panel, click under start, where we will find the task status menu. When you click on the desired status, it will be selected.
Bulk Actions
From both the task list and the My Tasks list, we can click on the bullet to the left of the Title. This will select all the tasks. Then click on the 3 dots in the popup and place “Change Status”.
Then select the desired task status and click on confirm to save the change.
Note: It is important to note that in COR there are 6 statuses for tasks: new, in process, in review, settings, suspended, and finished (these can be changed from settings).
Automatic task status change:
When a new task is started and the play button is activated, it will change to “in process” status automatically.
Rework: When the task receives a “rework” it will return to the “in process” status if the “settings” and “in review” statuses are also activated from settings. By default, when a task is completed and a rework is assigned to it, it will change to the “in process” status.
Project task completion: when a project task is completed, it will be automatically terminated.
