One of the options within the tasks is to convert them into Deliverables. This way, when generating reports, we will be able to better measure the real time consumed by certain deliverables and differentiate them from other types of tasks, such as meetings or operational orders.

With this functionality, we will also be able to share more quickly, if necessary, only the deliverables to our customers.
After converting a task into a deliverable, we have the possibility to indicate how many deliverables are in the task.
The number of deliverables can be checked in the task panel, in the tasks report and in the Insights Project Management panels.
Additionally, if we want to count all deliverables within subtasks, we have the option of automatic counting in the parent task. By clicking on the switch in the deliverables box of our task, the numeric field will be disabled and it will automatically take the sum of the deliverables of the subtasks.
