The Projects List is one of the most important views in COR, as it allows quick access to projects and makes it easy to track the status of each one. However, to keep the list organized, projects should be archived once they are completed or no longer active.
How to archive projects
To archive a project, access the Projects List (left side menu > Projects). After identifying the project you want to archive, click on the project options (the three dots at the end of the project row). An options panel will be displayed, where you can select the Archive option.
Where to find archived projects
By default, the Projects List displays only active projects. This filter is located at the top of the list, and by clicking on it you can choose to view active or archived projects.
If the filter is removed, the list will display both active and archived projects.
If you need to reapply the filter, it can be found in the section’s filter list under the name “Active/Archived”.
To reactivate a project, click on the project options again and select “Unarchive”.
Is any data lost or modified when a project is archived?
No. No information is changed or excluded from COR. The project is simply hidden to help keep the information organized.
What happens to the project’s tasks?
When archiving a project, COR offers the option to automatically archive all tasks that are not already archived, helping keep the platform organized.
Note: if the project is not completed or has pending tasks, the platform will display a warning and request confirmation before continuing.
