In COR we have the possibility to assign our Overheads percentage to calculate the extra costs of the clients, associated to the hourly rate of the people working on their projects.
Note: This functionality is exclusive to the C-Level and Director role.
To assign the Overhead percentage defined by the agency, we must click on our photo in the upper right margin and go to Settings > Profitability.
To activate the Overheads calculation, we must click on the "Activate Overheads" button 
and then assign the value in the "Agency Overheads(%)" field:
| It is important to keep in mind that the percentage of Overheads is saved month by month, therefore, we can change it later, without affecting the previous periods. |
Once the Overheads functionality is activated, we will be able to visualize the cost of the Overheads from the Finance section of Metrics:
We will also be able to find the detail of the Overhead costs within the different Insights panels:
