To synchronize our Outlook Calendar with COR, we must start by clicking on our profile photo that is in the upper right margin. Here we can see that, among the different options, we find the "Calendar". Pressing it will open a new window with the information to configure it and add our tasks:
To start, we have to select the option based on the tasks that we want to be synchronized: in which we are collaborators, those that we are PM, those that we are followers or all in which we are a member. Then, we have to go to the "Outlook Calendar" tab and click on the URL to copy it.
After having copied our link, we have 2 options for integration:
Device Application
If we have Outlook Calendar downloaded on our computer and we are logged in, we will be able to integrate directly to that application.
When pasting the link in the browser, a download will automatically be made:
When we click on that file, our default calendar will open and when we select "Add to Calendar", the COR tasks will begin to appear.
Application in the Browser
The other option we have is to enter Calendar in the Navigator and add all our COR tasks from there. In the left side menu, we will find a button that says "Add Calendar" that when we press it will open a new tab. From that section, we have to look in the menu for the option "Subscribe from the web", paste our link and select "Import".
To finish we have to indicate the name of our calendar and click on "Import".
When we select the name, we can refer to the tasks that we are importing. For example, if in COR we had selected the tasks in which we are PM, we can call our calendar "PM Tasks". We can also choose the color in which our tasks will appear to differentiate them from other events.
It is important to bear in mind that this action can be performed as many times as necessary to add as many calendars as we want. This can be the link of our tasks depending on the type of member we are, or the link of some other person from our agency (for this, we must request the URL that is indicated in your username).
Both from the device application and from the browser, we will be able to access our COR tasks with just one click.
